It's record 27, at the bottom on the right of the image.

Place and date of birth registration: Przysucha, 17 (Julian) / 29 (Gregorian) April 1862.

Birth reported by Bajnis KAUFER, kuśnierz (furrier) living in Przysucha, aged 29.

Witnesses to the registration: Lejbus GIETNER, szkolnik (synagogue sexton) aged 72 and Mosiek BACH, wyrobnik (labourer) aged 58, living in Przysucha.

Place and date of birth: Przysucha, 4 (Julian) / 16 (Gregorian) November 1861.

Female child born to his spouse Perla z (from the house of) BEER, aged 27.

The child was named Zelda.

Something about not knowing about the (required) formalities for the child at that time (explaining the late registration).
