Place and date of birth registration: Przysucha, 18 (Julian) / 30 (Gregorian) August 1859.

Birth reported by father, Bajnys KAUFER, kuśnierz (furrier) living in Przysucha, aged 27.

Witnesses to the registration: Lejbus GIETNER, szkolnik (synagogue sexton) aged 69 and Mosiek BACH, wyrobnik (labourer) aged 55, living in Przysucha.

Place and date of birth: Przysucha, 11 (Julian) / 23 (Gregorian) August 1859.

Female child born to his spouse Perla z (from the house of) Judkowicz, aged 26.

The child was named Rywka.
