Place and date of birth registration: Przysucha, 9 June 1852.

Birth reported by father, Baynys KAUFER, kuśnierz (furrier) living in Przysucha, aged 22.

Witnesses to the registration: Zyskind CUKIER, szkolnik (synagogue sexton) aged 67 and Lejbus GIERTNER, szmuklerz (?lace maker) aged 64, living in Przysucha.

Place and date of birth: Przysucha, 2 June 1852.

Female child born to his spouse Perla z (from the house of) Krussów BEER, aged 21.

The child was named Krusa Hendla/Hendel.
