Informant: Hersch Stein, agent, residence Máramarossziget, whom the below-written assistant registrar known personally.
Deceased: Mendel Nachmanovics, Jewish, Hebrew scribe, residence Máramarossziget, birthplace Majdánka, age 77 years.
Spouse: widow Mrs. Mendel Nachmanovics born Láje[?] Grünberg, Máramarossziget.
Father: the late Nachman Nachmanovics, occupation unknown, Majdánka.
Mother: the late Mrs. Nachman Nachmanovics born Chája, Majdánka.
Death: Máramarossziget, 23 February 1904, 8 p.m.
Cause: old age.
Remark: Informant was asked to report the death by the deceased's spouse.
