Here’s all the key information:

Time and Place of Record: Warsaw, 16 (4 [in the older Julian calendar]) October 1848, 10 a.m.

Declarants (Witnesses): Jews; Eliasz GERSZTENZANG, haberdasher, 26 years old, in [house] no. 747; and Abraham GERSZTENZANG, haberdasher, 30 years old, in no. 1405; both residing in Warsaw

Time and Place of Death: 16 October 1848, 4 a.m., in no. 747 [in Warsaw]

Decedent: Aron GERSZTENZANG, 1 year and 8 months old, child of Eliasz [presumably the first declarant] and Hana née ANYKSZTEJN, 21 years old [age referring to the mother].

The act was read to the witnesses and signed by the first; the second is illiterate.
