I would very much appreciate an English translation of this document (left side) - the death certificate of my fourth great grandfather, Wolff Berlak - including the block of text outside the lines. In particular, I’d very much like to know Wolff’s parents’ names and his profession if that information is contained in the document.

- Regarding the response below, I don’t have documentation that establishes Wolff’s parents’ names (or his profession). This is what I’m primarily seeking. If that information isn’t contained in the document (as seems to be the case?), I’d still like to know what information it does contain, in particular what the block of text says.

The writing is hard to read, but I’ll do my best.

The reason that the main section is crossed out and tiny notes are written in the margin is because the death was not notified in person by a relative or neighbor, but by an institution (a hospital or a “home”). It is not clear to me exactly from where the notification was sent. It says that the ‘retired’ (thus, no profession given) Wolf Berlak, Jewish religion, living in Posen, born in Schwersenz on October 3rd, 1797, who had been married to the deceased Ernestine nee Zielinska, and whose parents are not known, died in the Institute on the twenty-sixth of May 1884 (they wrote 1800 in numbers and the rest of the date in words) at around 11:00 in the morning.
The last few lines seem to be about the clerk who wrote the letter.
