Can someone please translate this birth document with as much information as possible about parents names, ages, locations?
At some point there appears to be a name change from Lewkowicz to Csarka and I'm looking for that connection. I will also upload Szmul's marriage record that shows him as Csarka.

4. It came to pass on the twenty-fourth day of the month of February in the year of eighteen thirty-eight, at the hour of ten in the morning, in the Town of Plonsk. Appeared personally observant Jew Szmaja Jelen, a lower shammes, sixty years of age, and Lewek Beder, a synagogal servant, forty years of age, both residing here in Plonsk, and testified that Dobra Kaufman the daughter of Aron, forty-five years of age, residing here in Plonsk, the daughter of Dobra the daughter of Aron, a married couple residing in Plonsk*, had deceased on the twenty-third day of the current month of the current year, at the hour of eleven at night, leaving behind her her widowed husband Kaufman Lewkowicz and her five children: Fayga, Bruno, Necha, Moszek and Szmul. It was visually ascertained that the observant Jewess Dobra Kaufmann had deceased. The present certificate was read aloud to the witnesses present and subsequently signed by the same.

NOTES:*Although it makes little sense this is exactly what the registrar wrote.
