I would like an English translation from the Hebrew of my great aunt's (Ita Francuz, nee Prashker) 'place of work and address'; the circled 'events during the war';
'circumstances of death' and 'relationship to victim.'
Thank you.

On  Response
10/2/2019 5:51 PM She worked in a bookstore.

She lived in the Ghetto in Lodz.

Her "events" during the war, in the circles, were: Deportation, Ghetto

The "circumstances" of death are hard to translate, due to the handwriting. It appears to read that she was captured [?] during a time of "enhancement".

The relationship is that she was the aunt of the person who submitted the Page of Testimony. Specifically, she was the sister of that person's father.
10/5/2019 8:01 AM I agree with the previous response. Also, I thought השפרה might refer to the Spree River which runs along the border of Poland in Germany. That said, unless there's an event in which people escaped from the ghetto and were caught at the Spree, I imagine the answer stems from a misspelling. נלקחה בזמן השרפה means she died in the fire which could refer to the fires started in the uprising on Apr 19 in which 6000 people died.
10/5/2019 11:40 AM 'place of work and address' = BOOK SHOP, GHETTO LODZ;
'events during the war' = DEPORTATION/GHETTO;
'circumstances of death' = TAKEN DURING THE SPERRE;
'relationship to victim = AUNT (WIFE OF MY FATHER'S BROTHERׁ)
