Hello,
The transcription of the names for lines 1 and 2 were incorrect on FamilySearch. They were listed as Gludale and Heidi Glanzbey. The correct surname is Glantzberg. I believe the first name is Ghidale. Do you agree? he went by Charles in the states.

I don't believe Heidi is correct - they were a Orthodox Jewish family from Romania. I can't get a read on the first letter that they think is an H. The same letter is repeated on line 4 in the surname. What could this Hebrew name be? She went by Ada in the states.

The man's name is indeed Gidale spelled in Romanian Ghidale (used for the Hebrew name Gdalyahu). The woman's name appears to be Heidi,a shortened form for the Hebrew name Chedvah.

There is a relatively common first name among the chassidim from Romania (Satmar was for a time in Romania) -Eidi (rhymes with Heidi just drop the H sound). I know women today with that name and that is how they pronounce it. Is it possible that the transcriber heard it as Heidi and wrote it that way? That name is pronounced Aidel in other communities. Another possible Yiddish name would be Hendi, but that middle "i" does not look like an "n" so I doubt that is the name

FWIW, I do not think the first letter is an H. It looks more like a W to me.

I don't think it is an "H". Look at column 9 "race of people" and the "H" for Hebrew does not have the curl at the end. The first letter of Hebrew is consistent all down the page and doesn't match the letter in lines 2 or 4.
