Commision of Emperor's University of Charkov witnessing that Szivaya Morduhovna (daughter of Modehai) Margulin (jewish) according to rules by ministry of internal affairs for testing dentists graduating from medical school of this university, given according to the examination title "Dentist" on February 27 1912 yr; the certificate is issued according to the the commision of the university on April 12 the same yr.
The certificate is given with signature and official stamp.
