I would like this document translated as I believe it is a death record of my great great grandmother. Her name was Gitla Chandelsman (maiden name Lejwand. She was maried to Symcha Chandelsman and she died in 1882. I want to verify the who.....when and where of her death.

Death Records of the Jews of the Markuszow synagogue district.

It took place in the settlement of Markuszow on the twenty-eighth day of January (ninth of February), one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, at ten o'clock in the morning. There appeared [the witnesses] Shlyama Lyustman, day-laborer, forty years old, and Srul Bleyvas [Blejwas], trader, fifty-nine years old, having residency in the settlement of Markuszow, and declared that on the twenty-seventh day of January (eighth of February) of the current year, at three o'clock in the evening, in the settlement of Markuszow there died Gitlya Khandelsman, forty years old, daughter of Elya and Matlya, leaving behind a husband, Simkha, and four children. For the _________ [not sure of this word] certification of the deceased Gitlya Khandelsman, this record has been read through by the declarant witnesses, who have signed it together with us.

[I can't read the signature of the clerk or official of the Jewish community who signed below]
For the dates, the first day/month is given according to the Julian calendar, which was still the official calendar in Tsarist Russia, however because Markuszow was in Congress Poland, which also used the Gregorian ("Western") calendar, which was a couple weeks later, those are the second dates that are given in parentheses.
