Place and date of death registration: Pyzdry, 20 April (Julian) / 2 May (Gregorian) 1864.

Death reported by Pinkus KARO, son of the deceased, handlarz (trader) aged 42, living in Pyzdry.

Witnesses to the registration: Mosek PONCZ, szkolnik aged 54 and Juda PELK, wyrobnik (labourer) aged 64, both living in Pyzdry.

Date of death: 18 (Julian) / 30 (Gregorian) April 1864.

The deceased: Iciek Hersz KARO, kantor (cantor) aged 67, living in Pyzdry, son of the deceased Haskiel and Bila KARO. Survived by his wife Sura born OPATOWSKI.
