This Findagrave image is from Montefiore-Israel Brotherhood Cemetery,Pelham NH Louis/Leizer/Labe Lashovitch. Emigrated his family to Argentina with JCA in 1895. At Lowell MA probably by 1911 where he died in 1929.

This image is very difficult to read. A daughter's stone says he was Aryeh Leib.

I would very much appreciate a translation.

Reb ELIEZER ARYEH son of Reb

Moshe Yaakov

He passed away Rosh Chodesh Tevet 5689. May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.
-------------------------------------------------------
‘Reb’ is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Eliezer is a Biblical name; Aryeh is Hebrew for lion.

Moshe is Moses; Yaakov is Jacob.

He passed away on Rosh Chodesh of the month of Shvat. 'Rosh Chodesh', literally the "head of the month", also known as the 'New Moon', marks the start of a new Hebrew month. While sometimes a two-day event, in this case it was one day only, and coincided with the first day of the month of Shvat.

In the year 5689, the first day of Shvat began at sunset on January 11th, 1929, and ended at sunset on the 12th.
