Place and date of birth: Chełm, 3 (Julian) / 15 (Gregorian) December 1841.

Birth reported by Jankiel RACHBIND, szkolnik aged 45, living in Chełm. There's a note on the side, but the image is too small for me to enlarge and read it, as it blurs when enlarged.

Witnesses to the registration: Mordka ROZENKNOP?, szkolnik aged 53 and Leyzer FARBENSZTEJN?, introligator (book binder) aged 47, both living in Chełm.

Place and date of birth: Chełm, 1 (Julian) / 13 (Gregorian) December 1841.

Mother: Liba Dwojra aged 23.

The child was called Ruchla.
