Information Question
Category: Translation - Yiddish
Family Surname: Bursztyn
Country: Poland
Town: Lomza
Date of Image: 22 Dec 1926
When my grandfather died, we found a handwritten letter in Yiddish dated from 1926 in one of his closets. It seems to be from Lomza, Poland, where he was born and raised. (He survived the Holocaust and Auschwitz before being liberated by the US Army in 1945.)

I would love to know what the handwritten letter says! I wish I knew more about my ancestors in Lomza!

The handwriting is not clear enough for online translation programs. Is there anyone here who might be kind enough to translate the letter into English?

The letter is 8 pages long, so I might need to upload each page separately here.

Thanks so much.
