אמי נולד(ה) תקפד – בת מ"ד שנה.
מתה ו ניסן תרלג.
אנוכי יהושע אהרן
נולדתי כ טבת תריח.
יום חתונתי ר"ח כסלו תרמד.
יום מתת אשתי ב" ר'ח אי(י)ר תרסה,

Here are my translations and comments:

on the 20th day of Tevet 5618 (Jan. 5/6, 1858, a few days different from Jan. 9th). (I give two possible secular dates, as Hebrew calendar days go from sunset to sunset).

My father was born 15 Elul 5581 (Sept 11/12, 1821 – a few days different from Sept. 15th).
He died 26 Nisan 5655 (Apr 20, 1895)
in Jerusalem in the Land of Israel.
My mother was born in 5584 (Sept., 1823-Sept., 1824) [she died at the age of] 44 years old
She died 6 Nisan 5633 (Apr. 2/3, 1873).
(Note that 1823/1824 does not match the year of 1829 written in the English. If she died at 44 years old, then 1829 would seem to be correct; this makes the Hebrew year of birth either 5589 or 5590).
I amYehoshua Aharon.
I was born 20 Tevet 5618 (this corresponds to January 5th or 6th, 1858, not the 9th).
My wedding day was on Rosh Chodesh Kislev 5644 (Nov. 29/30, 1883).
The date of death of my wife was the second day of Rosh Chodesh Iyar 5665 (May 5/6, 1905).
