Natural father: ?oef Láppa, Jewish, occupation dealer [salesman], residence Borkut, birthplace Kolomea, Galicia, age 40
Mother: Brájna Viesel, Jewish, occupation homemaker, residence Borkut, birthplace Körösmező, age 40
Birth: Borkut, 25 March 1901, 8 a.m.
Child: girl, Jewish, Bella
Read forth, approved, and marked

Körösmező: Yasynia, Ukraine
Borkut = Tiszaborkút: Kvasy, Ukraine
Kolomea: Kolomyia, Ukraine

For the first letter of the father's name, I can rule out A, B, G, H, I, K, L, M, N, R, and V (as they occur on the page elsewhere and look nothing like the letter in question). Other than that, I've got nuttin'.
