1/10/2022 10:50 AM	This is not Hungarian. (Not even the pre-printed parts.) Given the dating, it's probably Czech (the language of administration in Czechoslovakia).
1/11/2022 11:13 PM	Hello Jacob, Using the word "podavatel" to check the possible language of the document (on the right side of the page), it is suggested by Google Translate that this might be from Bulgarian.....Jo
1/14/2022 11:21 PM	nothing substantial change of name spelling [a common procedure for that place in that time] in 1932 to what seems to be a more consistent and more Czechoslovak form Růžena Meisels Sarlota
