...between Boruch Lejer and Cywia Rochla, and that such was preceded by three banns on 28 October, 3 and 11th of November of the curent year in the Lomza synagogue, and that there was oral consent for the marriage of the here present parents and the newlyweds, and that there are no impediments to this marriage, and that the newleweds declared that they have not made a prenuptial agreement. This act was read to those appearing before us and to the witnesses and signed by the deputy rabbi (substitute for the rabbi), others not being able to write (illiterate).
