Again, 'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

I'd love to be able to read the precise Hebrew date for you. Do you perhaps have another view, in which the lowest line of text is not obscured by the grass? Or, do you know the exact secular date of death?

Meanwhile, I can see that the year was 5726. The secular year 1965 coincided with the Hebrew year 5726 between dates of September 26th (after sunset), and December 31st.
