It is a low resolution, fuzzy scan, but it is mostly readable.
On 21-Apr-1891, the merchant Selig Reinhaus, resident in Drensteinfurt, stated that the butcher Moses Spiegel, 63 years old, jewish religion, resident at Drensteinfurt, born at Enniger?, last married to Hannchen Löwenstein, resident in Drensteinfurt, son of the married couple, the butcher? Abraham Spiegel and Helena Graf who live in Enniger, died at his residence in Drensteinfurt on 20-Apr-1891.
I can't read the boilerplate text at bottom left which seems to have a date from 1850? Perhaps the date of a marriage?
