12/29/2021 1:44 PM	Unfortunately, Jewish tombstones usually do not include the maiden name, and that is the case here. Here lies CHANNAH daughter of Reb Shmuel she passed away 8 Shvat 5692. May her soul be bound up in the bond of life. ================================================ 'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi. Are you saying that Wolkowitz was not her maiden name?
