The name associated with the name on this file is Sally, with an umlaut over the "y." Is this a male or female? Thank you so much for your kindness. Kay Miller

As you say, this is a death document, sadly for a young boy.

Here are the relevant details:

August 10, 1885, in Stettin.

The death was reported by the cigarette worker Isaak Laufmann, Stettin, Rosengarten 8.

The child was Sally Laufmann, 6 months old, Jewish, Stettin, Rosengarten 8, born in Stettin.

He was the child of the Isaak and his wife Sara nee Sidkemsky.

He died on August 10th, 1885, at 3 in the morning.

It is signed by his father (Laufmann) and the registrar.
