Stettin, on the 1st of October, 1886.

The midwife Frau [Mrs.] Knoll, Amalie, nee Fengler, residing in Stettin, Pehrstrasse [?] 27, known to him, appeared before the undersigned registrar today and reported that Sarah Laufmann, nee Sidkemsky, Jewish, wife of the ____ worker Isaak Laufmann, Jewish religion, residing with her husband in Stettin, Fuhrstrasse 3, gave birth to a female child in Stettin, in the residence of her husband, on the 29th of September of the year one thousand eight hundred eighty-six at about two o’clock in the morning, and she was given the name Caecilie.

The person reporting explained that she had personally attended the childbirth of the married woman Laufmann.
