Any information that you can give me would be appreciated.

Trouble! First of all you only have here the second of the two page marriage record for AKT 3, which only gives the bride info, and not the bride surname you have provided.

Second of all the record is in russian and not polish as all records of Poland are in russian from 1868 to 1915.

Here is what I see on the second page of the marr. record:

Marr. 3 reg. in Wysokie Mazowiecka (year/date is on the first page) of (Moszek KANDEL could be the groom, since it is signed by him and signed by the bride Chaja 'KANDEL') to Chaja PAKLARZ, 22, dau. of Szlioma Jankliowicz and Rywka Dawidowna.

The groom could be Mortko KRUPINSKA since his signature is also at the bottom.

Find the first page and post on ViewMate as a Russian document to fix the problems above!
