I can make out and am familiar with most of the names on this Werner family tree, but cannot read most of the other words. I would especially like to have a translation of the paragraphs at upper left and bottom. I expect this is asking a lot and will appreciate the help.

"Postscript: on September 2, 1924, I visited the graves of my grandparents in the cemetery in Veseli (Nova... Hova...unclear) They were sunken and levelled, because they were overgrown with grass, so that the bases of the small gravestones were completely (overgrown) in the ground. I have found them (already?)."

"Records about the family of Josef Werner, partly from the hand of my blessed mother, partly coming from myself, are on the back side of the () in my possession, written by my blessed father" (cannot read the rest).

German original:
Nachheriger Eintrag: am 2. September 1924 besuchte ich die Gräber meiner Großeltern auf dem Friedhof in Veseli (na Hovavou...Hova...unclear) Sie waren eingesunken und dem Erdboden gleich, da mit Gras bewachsen, so daß der Sockel der kleinen ganz verwilderten Grabsteine in der Erde war. Ich habe sie (schon?) gefunden.

Aufzeichnungen über die Familie Josef Werner, zum Teil von der Hand meiner seligen Mutter, zum Teil von mir selbst herstammend, befinden sich auf dem rückwärtigen Deckblatt des in meinem Besitz befindlichen, von meinem seligen Vater (cannot read the last three words)
