Marriage certificate of : Max BARJANSKY, born in Odessa (Russia), on September 7th 1873, helmet maker, domiciled in rue Saint Anastase 16, son of Ephraïm BARJANSKY and Haïa KORETZSKI, deceased spouses, and Rachel FRIDMANN, born in Smolensk (Russia), on February 23rd 1875, seamstress, domiciled in Rue des Rosiers 27, minor daughter of Hirsch FRIDMANN and of Ida KARDUNSKY, deceased spouses

Drawn up by us, Etienne Louis GAITET, Deputy Mayor of Paris, who have publicly celebrated the marriage in the town hall as follows
After having read to the parties,
1°/ The judgement of the Civil Court of the Seine, approving a notarised deed drawn up by the Justice of the Peace of this district, taking the place, for the future parties, of their birth certificates and the death certificates of their father and mother,
2°/ The authorisation of the family council of the future, meeting in this town hall on 26 March last,
3°/ The publications made in this town hall and in the 3rd district on 16 and 23 December last, without opposition, all of them [?]
4°/ Chapter 6, Book 1 of the civil code,

Questioned, the futures having declared to us that no marriage contract has been made, and that they want to take each other as spouses, we have pronounced, in the name of the Law, that they are united by marriage.
