'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Tzvi Hirsh is a common double name, with Tzvi being Hebrew for deer and Hirsh being Yiddish for deer.

Asher Zelig is another relatively common double name, with Asher being Hebrew and Zelig being Yiddish, and both meaning happy.
