It's pre-printed in Hungarian but filled out in a Slavic language.

Column headers: 1. consecutive number, 2. date entered (year, month, day), 3. date of birth (year, month, day), 4. child's given name, gender, religion, 5. parents' family and given names, position (occupation), residence, 6. parents' religions, 7. parents' ages, 8. place of birth if different from mother's residence, 9. pre-signature remarks, signatures. Signatures are informant on the left, registrar on the right.

It’s filled out in what I believe is Slovak. This entry , #79, is for a girl, Ella. She is one of a set of twins. The other is listed in entry #78.

Abraham Katz, the father, signs in Yiddish(?) - Hebrew letters. In Slovak, they helpfully write: “That is Abraham Katz.”

Abraham may be a furrier, kožušník - or that ressembles the town he is from.
With Gizella are the words Kosovska Poljana - which I have no clue about. Apparently in Croatian it means Kosovo’s Field.
So maybe this is from the former Yugoslavia?
