12/7/2021 3:26 PM	this is word-to-word the same certificate as another one, and I think this was written FIRST. but he made a mistake: in the line 13 he wrote "ten" (the last word) instead "three" as the birth date. He corrected this on the left margin, but, supposedly, decided to register it once more Dr Josef ASH, Israel
