I get directly to the handwritten horizontal part on the left side:

Jetzt ist die beste Gelegenheit deutsch zu erlernen,
Now it is the best opportunity to learn German,
("erlernen" means "learn from scratch")

aber leider hat mann ("keine" is erased) weder Geduld noch Zeit dazu.
but unfortunately one has neither patience nor time for that.

(It could also mean "Do you have a job for me, man?)
