I would like a full translation, since I'm sure what detail(s) in the record might be a clue as to whether this is the person I'm thinking it might possibly be. Also, would be curious whether name could be interpreted as GrĂ¼n.

12/5/2021 5:22 AM Not word for word but all vital data.

Birth 643 reg. in Warszawa Nov 30, born Nov 28, 1911 of Liba GRON, father not named, dau. of Fajga GRON, 30, trader, living in Graejow in Lomzon gub. Witnesses: Jakub DANCYGIERKRON, 21, and Mordka ZYGBAND? (no age given)
I do see #88, address?
12/5/2021 8:39 AM to your second question:
in the text of the official it could be interpreted Grun,
but the signature of the mother is absolutely clear GRON

12/8/2021 8:45 AM Both the text and the signature are clearly Gron
Considering language specifics of Russian, Polish and German, I cannot consider Gron and Gruen as equivalents
