I am afraid that no maiden names appear. Here is a full translation:

Her father's name, Ze'ev, means Wolf. Some men with this Hebrew name -- but certainly not all! -- have the secular name of Wolf, Wolfgang, etc.

The 10th of Cheshvan 5687, began at sunset on October 17th, 1926, and ended at sunset on the 18th.

(It is sad that mother and son died within a day of each other).

Note that the family name is not written as Saliman in the Hebrew, but rather as Salaman or possibly Solomon.
