11/19/2021 1:50 PM	Father: Mar-Leib Maniovich Shwartzblat, merchant from Rafalovsk, Mother - Nekama Hershovna, Son - Lejzar. The middle names would be the russification of the corresponding father's names Manio(?) and Hersh. Writing in red possibly indicates that the record was copied on the 5th of August 1952. 6th column says "Vozdvizhenskaya" and possibly "officers house".
