This is from the file of Sofia Yodaikin Vladimirova, from the Jewish Agency's Bureau of Missing Relatives. What are the purposes of these two forms? I'd like to know any biographical information contained in the form, like age, occupation, relative's names, etc.

Date format in Israel is the British format, i.e. day precedes month. Both notes are forms informing the (unknown, unmentioned) requester that the address of Vladmiriovna Sofia is unknown.

9 May 1969: In response to your letter of 7 May 1969 we hereby inform you that the address of the person you are searching for, Vladimirovna Sofia is unknown. It was
Ashdod Shicun B' 620 until about 2 years ago.
[The purple stamp says 20 May 1969]

The upper document is identical in form, the details are: In response to your letter of 14 May 1969 we hereby inform you that the address of the person you are searching for, Vladimirovna Sofia is unknown.

Can't make out the signature on the response to the May 9 form. The other form (response to May 14 letter) is signed by Nissani, no date on the form itself.
