I cannot read the block script. I am looking for his Hebrew name, his father's name, place of birth, and dates. I thank you in advance for your assistance

11/10/2021 4:13 PM	Here lies a correct and proper man, honest, ELIYA son of Reb Tzvi Mordechai He passed away 4 Kislev 5703 =============================================== Eliya, which is Hebrew for Elijah, is a less common form of that name; more common is the name Eliyahu. 'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi. The other details that you asked for do not appear on this stone.
