It took place in the town of Czyżewo, 8th/20th January 1867, at 7 AM. Appearing Jew Majer Bender Mydorowicz [Wigdorowicz] Dzbanek, age 24, laboror, temporarily residing (domiciled) in Czyżewo, in the presence of Jews Jcek Lejbowicz Igla and Fiszek Aronowicz Zwawy, synagogue sextons, both 60 years old, and presented us with a female child, declaring that the baby was born in the town of Czyżewo, on 1st/13th of the current month and year, at 3 P. M., ...of his wife Chynka Sura Eliaszowna nee Kotlarek, age 24. The child, during a religious rite, was given the name Rejzla. This act was read to those appearing and the witnesses, who declared that they do not know how to write.
