I need a complete translation of this birth record of Lana Feuerwerker. Her father was Alter and mother was Toba Lazarovics.

Informant: the below-named father, known personally to registrar
Father: Alter Feuerverger, Jewish, day-laborer in various fields, residence Bustyaháza, birthplace Majszin (Máramaros county), age 54 years
Mother: Mrs. Alter Feuerverger born Tóba Lázárovits, Jewish, residence Bustyaháza, birthplace Bustyaháza, age 45 years
Birth: Bustyaháza, 1883
Child: girl, Jewish, Lána
Remark: herein belated registration was made pursuant to decree number 4294/903 of the Técső district chief administrator.
Read forth, and after explanation, approved and signed.

Normally, belated registrations give ages and such at the time of the actual event, but I think they forgot that here.

The father's birthplace was Mojszin or Majszin, Máramaros county, which is now Moisei, Romania. Dvorzsák say Jewish residents were recorded in Felső-Vissó (or Felsővisó), which is now Vişeu de Sus, Romania.

Bustyaháza (older name Falu-Bustyaháza) was also in Máramaros, but it's now in Ukraine. (They call it Bushtyna.) Dvorzsák says Jewish residents were recorded in Técső, which is now Tiachiv, Ukraine.
