["Legal" crossed out and replaced with "natural"] Father: Alter Feuerverker, Jewish, day-laborer, residence Falu-bustyaháza, birthplace Mojszin, age 48 years
Mother: Freide Káhán, Jewish, homemaker, residence Falu-bustyaháza, birthplace Bedő, age 34 years
Birth: Falu-bustyaháza, 14 January 1900, 9 a.m.
Child: boy, Jewish, Dávid
Remark: informant acknowledges the child as his own.
Read forth, approved, and signed. [As "Fejervergir Alter".]
[Margin:] Dated in Falu Bustyaháza, 38 January 1901.
Per legal decree number 15 dated 19 October 1900 of the royal district court of Tecső, conveyed by ?? notary public as civil registrar, the entry referring to the herein-registered child's father is corrected to "natural father".
