Hi this is page 1 of a letter written by Rosa (Kaiser) Lichtenstein from Breslau in Feb 1939 to one of her sons in Sao Paulo Brazil. I would like a translation to English. Pages 2, 3, 4 to follolw

My golden, loved children!
It is a long time that I wrote to you, but with the best will I could not get to writing, but it has to happen once and had to make a decision so that I can write this letter to my good golden children.
I had a nervous collapse from excitement, who will care for me? Who do I still have here, all is away from here, only the one Erich who remained as the only from all for me and of course also Manie but he also has great sorrow about Mama because she has problems with the leg.
Your mother is in St-Pauli since already three weeks? You certainly hope that the mother will come to you then I remain alone with the dear aunt. Almost all the relatives are abroad.
First aunt Heda Rosenbau to Palestine but without Luz, who die at the age of 30 from pneumonia, a terrible fall. Aunt Ella Jakob?? to Palestine, uncle Leo Rosenbaum to St-Pauli to uncle Heimusch. Oska Dzalowski with wife to Amerika and also Willi Dzalowski and also Reich’s brother Albert Kaiser who was with uncle Karl is to Australia with wife and children.
Lso uncle Elias and aunt Libchen go to Johannesburg. Fritz Lamm has asked them. Fritz Lamm is there during almost three years in a factory and has to work hard but he does feel well there. His wife is a cleaning-woman and also works at home. They have a little daughter . Fritz too has written me several times, he is very affectionate. Ismar is a musician and plays the bugle. He has been controlled at the Subisrisch frontier. Kurt Goldberger with Frieda Menken are to Schankai, the old Menken are ill people and send greetings to you. The often inform about you and also about the loved Fritz.
