This is a tri-lingual (Hebrew, German and English) document.
Hebrew handwriting fits the English - except for details of cause death.

I have rarely seen such a POT, with typed text in addition to the handwritten one.

I believe the person who typed in the responses misunderstood the part that says Names of children and their ages, and instead filled out in German Perl Lea's age (25 J. = 25 Jahren = 25 years) and stated the cause of her death: Died of hunger and typhus [while living] at farmer's in the region of Mogilev Ukraine.

This does not fit the cause of death written in English in line 10.
