daughter of Reb Shlomo the Levite

She passed away 11 Tishri 5693

May her soul be bound up in the bond of life.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Her father's name, Shlomo, is Hebrew for Solomon. This does not necessarily mean that Solomon was his secular name. He was a Levite, descended (father to son) from Levi, one of the 12 sons of Jacob.
