11/7/2021 1:08 PM This stone is a bit hard to read. If you can provide a link to the original image, this might be helpful. Meanwhile, this is what I can make out:

Here lies

The honored MENACHEM son of Reb Yosef [the Levite?]

He passed away the first day of Rosh Chodesh Kislev 5685.

May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.

=====================================================
'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

There is either a word or a name after his father's name Yosef. It might be the second part of a double name, or it might say "the Levite". If it says "the Levite", this means that he and the deceased were descended, father to son, from Levi, one of the 12 sons of Jacob.

"Rosh Chodesh" means the head of the month, also called the new moon. This can be a one- or two-day event. When it is a two-day event, then the first day is actually the last day of the previous month (in this case, the 30th day of Cheshvan).
