A full translation would be nice but most important are the exact birth and record dates and any info on names, surnames, patronymics/matronymics, professions, ages and places of both parents, house #, and any other relatives and witnesses. August 25, 1891, appeared Beniamin Rubinek, 23 year old merchant, residing in a village of Primusova Volia, Gmina Yankov, Opochensky Okrug, in a presence of witnesses Yankel Balzam Shkolnik and Shmul Liande, and brought a baby girl, announcing that she was born in village Primusova Volia on August 18th of this year at 10 pm to his lawful wife Khania, nee Anker, 18 year old. This baby girl was given a name of Fajga-Beila.
