Berlin, August 20, 1909.
Before the undersigned employee of the civil record did attend today the person known by wedding attestation, the tailor Simon Wolf Rosenbaum, residing in Berlin, Linienstrasse 29, of mosaic religion, and declared that Scheindl Rosenbaum, born Kempler, his wife, of mosaic religion, living in Berlin with him, did give birth on August 19,1909 in the afternoon at 11.45 o’clock to a boy and that the child received the first name David.
