10/27/2021 2:47 PM This is a birth record. The text is a bit fuzzy, but I will do the best I can.

It is dated in Berlin, August 20th, 1909.

The birth was reported by the tailor Simon Wolf Rosenbaum, residing at Linienstrasse, number 29 [?], Berlin, Jewish, who indicated that his wife, Sheindl [?] Rosenbaum, nee Kempler,Jewish, living with him, had given birth on the 19th of August, 1909, at around 11:15 in the evening, to a boy who was given the name David.

There is a note at the bottom left that appears to be about a marriage. If you can send me a clear image of just that corner, I will try to read it for you. The marriage appears to have been registered in 1930 as item number 1069, possibly in the Berlin marriage registry.
