A full translation would be nice but most important are the exact birth and record dates and any info on names, surnames, patronymics/matronymics, professions, ages and places of both parents, house #, and any other relatives and witnesses. On September 6, 1899,Beniomin Rubinek, a 31 year old salesman, inhabitant of town Konsk, temporarily residing in a village Yuzefovo, Gmina Yankovo, appeared with witnesses Yankel Balzam Shkolnik and ... Kantor (only last name is readable), residents of Opochna, and brought a male baby, who was born in the village Yuzefovo on August 30 of this year (1899) to (Beniomin's) wife Khana, born Anker, 26 years of age. At brit-mila the baby was given name of Israel-Itsik-Aisil.
