Hello,
I'm hoping someone can translate the Hebrew inscription. I'm especially interested in the name of her father, if it's still legible.

Unfortunately, her father's name is the hardest part to read of this faded stone. I will start with the remainder:

Here lies FRUMET daughter of ________

She passed away at the departure of the Sabbath [Saturday night, after dark] 4 Tamuz

of the year 5647

May her soul be bound up in the bond of life.

Her father's name appears at the left end of the first line of text on the stone. If this is a stone that you can visit in person, you might be able to take a 'rubbing' of his name. One method that seems to work and that does not erode the stone further is by using very thin aluminum foil. There are a number of websites that explain how to do this, such as https://www.merklemonuments.com/reading-hard-to-read-tombstones/. Sometimes photographing the stone from various angles (using a flash, so that shadows will be cast) also is helpful.
Based on the condition and shapes of some of the other letters, I will provide an educated guess at her father's name: Yaakov (which is Hebrew for Jacob). However, please understand that this might be totally wrong!
