It is Yiddish, not Hebrew.
I'm not sure what the first line means, the second and third lines are: the aunt and a (female?) cousin and a (male?) cousin of Baruch Goldberg.
Last line: Gedarn? (Could it be Baruch Goldberg Gordon?)
The 6th November 1925.

Meaning first line:
As a happy souvenir [a souvenir of a happy occasion]

Aunt Sonneh'l [?from Sonya?], a female cousin and a male cousin [in Yiddish the words are gendered]
of Baruch Goldberg
Born [געבארן] on 6th November year 1925

[Comments]
I am guessing the picture shows at the very least a woman, a boy and a girl [possibly both young, even toddlers, whose most important role in this happy occasion is the fact that they are cousins [yay!] of the newborn Baruch] and possibly also the infant Baruch himself.

Perhaps the picture was taken on the happy occasion of the Brith (circurmcision) of Baruch Goldberg, who was born on 6 November 1925.

The way "November" is written is the way it sounds in Russian, and you can see the faint Russian lettering on the purple stamp [upside down].
