I would appreciate a translation into English. The letter was not completed.

Feb 4 1981 Dear mother ??? I write to you - like? with the telephones ? - I hope that I will also hear from you I do not have many important news. Roy is coming next week end. We are going to Cape Town the 18 of February, exactly two weeks from now. A pity you will not be in Cape Town when we come. How long will you stay with Elen in the kibutz?.
We have really bought a color television where you told us and it is very nice to look at.
I owe you a Mazal Tov with Dzoen? has she had the baby and is she a girl ?. Let it be with luck. ? I feel pretty good I go ? a little ? and I think that helped me to get better.
Today is the yortzait (anniversary) of father, and I wish you long life (South African wish). Give Elen the letter also.
